Facility Buffs apply to anyone within the alliance. Players do not have to be within alliance territory to recieve the facility buffs.
Facilities have a 3 day active buff timer.
Facilities in "Vulnerable" state do not provide the buff.
Facility battles or resets can happen in the 24 hour vulnerable timer.
Watch for battle stat facility vulnerability the Sunday before SVS or SFC as this will line up to need to be reset on battle day; try and push resets well before or after castle battle to avoid buff reduction and a hassle mid battle.
